Tim Duncan and championship trophy have become synonymous with each other after he and San Antonio Spurs have won 4 championships in 1999, 2003, 2005 and 2007. The Spurs only started winning the championship trophy after Duncan joined them.

The Spurs must be thanking themselves for taking Duncan as the first overall pick in 1997 draft. When this happened, he along with David Robinson were known as the Twin Towers of the team. At 6 feet 11 inches (2.11 meters), Duncan plays power forward/center and has been instrumental in helping the Spurs win the NBA championship trophy four times.
