President Barack Obama withdrew his support for the current war in Iraq and did not want to go to Iraq. He also declared that the solution for Iraq’s political problems is not in the hands of the United States military forces. While Obama is in full support for the troops in Iraq he is working towards pulling them away from there.
His pet cause is health care and he believes that every family in the United States should be able to afford good health care. He completely supports Medicare and Medicaid plans designed to help the poor.
President Obama’s biggest concern is the illegal immigration and he also agrees that all the immigrants need not be deported. He also brought in an Immigration Reform Bill which will provide better prospects for immigrants and also stop people who hire illegal immigrants.
The president feels the need for educating children on global economy more than ever and he also wants to empower the youth of America through education. He also emphasized the need for stronger educational values and similar emphasis on science, math and technology like he found in countries like India and China.
Obama wants to make several tax reforms that benefit the middle class and the lower middle class. The working family child assistance act is meant to give benefit for the children in the form of child tax credit.
