He was known to wear a long hair and also had deep interest in rock music. He was also the lead singer of a band called Ugly Rumors for some years. He used to drink in his pre teen years. This is something every great personality has gone through but the important thing is that they have overcome it and in retrospect they all feel it is very foolish that they had to do that.
During his schooling, Bob Roberts was one of his teachers who caned him and said that Tony Blair was one of the most difficult of boys he had to deal with. Little did he imagine that he would become the Prime Minister of Britain one day.
Even in Fettes College of Edinburgh Tony was known to be a rebel to all his college mates. He was known for pushing the rules beyond their limits and came very close to being expelled from college.
Even in politics he did push the rules but for a positive impact. John Rentoul who wrote a book about Tony Blair said that all the teachers that he spoke to and had dealt with Tony Blair said that he was a complete pain and very naughty to deal with.
